General FAQ
What are NFTs?
NFTs, or Non-Fungible Tokens, are unique digital assets that represent ownership or proof of authenticity of a specific item or piece of content. Unlike cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin or Ethereum, which are fungible and can be exchanged on a one-to-one basis, each NFT is distinct and cannot be replicated or exchanged on a like-for-like basis. NFTs have gained significant popularity across various industries, including art, music, gaming, and collectibles.
How do NFTs work?
NFTs are built on blockchain technology, typically utilizing the Ethereum or Polygon network. The blockchain acts as a decentralized ledger that records and verifies the ownership, provenance, and transaction history of each NFT. This ensures transparency and immutability, making it virtually impossible to counterfeit or alter the ownership records of an NFT.
What can NFTs represent?
NFTs can represent a wide range of digital and tangible assets, including but not limited to:
Artwork: NFTs have revolutionized the art world by providing a way to authenticate and trade digital artwork. Artists can tokenize their creations as NFTs, allowing collectors to own unique digital pieces.
Music and Videos: Musicians and content creators can release exclusive albums, songs, or videos as NFTs, giving fans a chance to own limited-edition digital content.
Virtual Real Estate: NFTs can represent ownership of virtual land or property in online worlds or virtual reality environments, creating unique opportunities for virtual real estate investments.
Collectibles: NFTs have revived the concept of digital collectibles, where unique items such as trading cards, virtual pets, or in-game assets can be bought, sold, and traded among collectors.
Virtual Identities: NFTs can be used to create and trade digital identities, avatars, or personal representations in virtual worlds, allowing individuals to express themselves in the digital realm.

On Nusa NFT, navigate to your Profile icon.
Select Language from the dropdown.
Choose your preferred language from the list of options.
Why can't I find my NFTs in my account?
You can think of your Nusa NFT account as a window into your crypto wallet, showing all the NFTs inside. Nusa NFT does not take custody of your items; your account provides access to view the transactions in your wallet.
There are three common reasons your NFTs may not be visible in your account.
Your crypto wallet is not connected correctly To fix this issue, close your browser, clear your cache, and reconnect to Nusa NFT. If you have more than one crypto wallet, make sure you're connected to the correct wallet.
The transaction is delayed When there is heavy network congestion on the Polygon blockchain, it can take more time to complete the transaction than anticipated. You can use Polygon Scan to search for your transaction hash and see the transaction status.
Your NFT was delisted from our platform When an item or collection violates our Terms of Service, we will delist it from being displayed on Nusa NFT. The item or collection will still exist on the blockchain (we don't have the power to change that!) but you won't be able to see it here.
How do I turn on Night Mode?

What if my wallet is not connecting?
Usually, wallet connection issues can be resolved by following these troubleshooting steps:
Make sure your wallet extension is fully updated. To confirm you're using the latest version, you can remove and re-add the extension (be sure to save your recovery phrase first!)
Clear your cache and restart your browser. Make sure you're running the latest version of your browser.
Set your wallet to Polygon mainnet, with no ad blockers running.
Turn off all other browser extensions except for your wallet.
Try to connect using a desktop computer browser, such as Chrome.
